Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the item and packaging

If approved, we will replace the item at no additional cost. We do not offer refunds.

We are not responsible for:

• Incorrect sizing selected at checkout
• Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
• Normal wear and tear
